Winter Days...Busy Days

It's been a while since I have blogged and there are many reasons for that. I wasn't in the talking mood for awhile and then things got crazy busy with the holidays coming. But, here I am catching this blog up on the goings on in my life.

We had a major snow/ice storm last week and school was canceled a day after my sister and niece arrived. To say that my house was chaotic is an understatement. But, the kids get along wonderfully and are having a blast being with a baby, again, so it's been fun. They also love playing out in the snow so that keeps them busy as well as wearing them out, which is always good.



Wyatt had his Christmas concert at school and while it was enjoyable, there was something about this year's that wasn't as enjoyable as last year's. He, however, was as into the songs as he has ever been and sang like there was no tomorrow. I love watching him perform in these pageants. He has so much fun in them and makes it fun to watch. I can't wait for next year when Henry will be in them, too.

We also had our cookie making day this past Saturday and it was so much fun with LC this year. She was all about helping out and loved putting the M&M's in the pretzels. I love the age that she is at and love that she is becoming more and more actively involved in activities we do as a family. Once again, I am wishing I could freeze time. The kids are at such fun ages and stages that it makes my heart smile.
